"Surprisingly Decent Overall"
I’ll admit I was a little nervous ordering contacts online, but discountcontacts.com actually did a solid job. My order arrived when they said it would, the boxes looked legit, and tracking was straightforward enough. for a site I wasn’t totally sure about at first, they managed not to mess anything up, which I appreciate. I’m taking off a star because customer service was a bit slow to get back to me, but overall it was a trustworthy experience.

"Canceling my order was way more annoying than expected"
I tried to cancel my order, it ended up being a bigger hassle than it should’ve been. I had to reach out to support more than once, and the instructions weren’t super clear either. It eventually got handled, but the whole process was frustrating.

The tracking said my package was delivered, but it never actually arrived. I kept checking around the house and with neighbors, but nothing. It’s frustrating because once the system marks it as delivered, it feels like they’re more focused on saying the job is done than actually making sure the customer got what they paid for

I couldn’t believe it happened again. The prescription was completely off, and it felt like such a mess to deal with when I was just expecting it to be right this time.

The whole verification process was a pain. I expected it to be quick, but it felt like I had to jump through extra hoops just to get my prescription checked. Way more effort than it should’ve been

"Promo codes didn’t really help"
I tried a few coupon codes from DiscountContacts and, honestly... none of them really saved me much. One of them said it worked, but after all the fees, the price barely changed. So yeah, it kind of felt like a waste of time. I wasn’t impressed with the promo value at all
"Shipping made it not worth it"
I was ready to order contacts because the price looked decent at first. I’m thinking, okay, maybe this is actually a good deal. Then I got to checkout and saw the shipping cost, and that pretty much killed it for me.
I don’t mind paying a reasonable shipping fee, but this felt like one of those “surprise, not such a deal after all” moments. The discount basically disappeared, and I ended up backing out. I probably won’t bother ordering from them again.

I did get my return sorted out in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but it took longer than I expected. Customer support was nice enough, just not very quick. My main issue was that the next steps weren’t super clear, so I kept wondering if I was supposed to do something or just wait. It all worked out eventually, but the process could definitely be smoother.

"Issue got fixed quick"
My contact lens order was showing the wrong shipping info, so I was worried at first. What annoyed me most was that the communication wasn’t super clear, and I couldn’t tell if it was actually being shipped to the wrong place or if it was just a display issue.
I emailed support, and they got back to me the next day and fixed it without too much hassle. It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but it all worked out in the end, and I’d still use them again.

"Checkout was a total hassle"
I was trying to order contacts and the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my payment info. I had to refresh the page twice, and then somehow the prices in my cart changed. For a while I wasn’t even sure if the order actually went through. What made it worse is that there was no follow-up or clear confirmation to explain what happened. Really frustrating experience and makes me hesitant to buy from here again.

I had a problem with my order and reached out to customer service. They did end up helping me get it fixed, but it took longer than I expected, and I had to explain the issue more than once. Everyone I talked to was polite, though, which made it less frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t the smoothest experience, but I felt relieved once it was finally sorted out.

"Autoship feels a bit too rigid"
I’m not totally sure if I’m missing some settings, but the autoship option feels inflexible to me. I wish it were easier to adjust dates, skip shipments, or make changes without it feeling like a hassle.

"My box was crushed and they should’ve packed it better"
I was annoyed when my contacts arrived. The box was completely smashed, and even the packs inside were bent up. That’s on whoever handled or packed this order, because contacts are not something you just toss in flimsy packaging and hope for the best. These are going near my eyes, so I expected way more care than this.

I ordered contacts thinking they’d arrive fairly quickly, but of course the shipping ended up taking way too long. There weren’t really clear updates either, so I was just stuck waiting and wondering what was going on. I ended up having to buy some locally in the meantime, which was frustrating because that’s exactly what I was trying to avoid...

"Not really much of a discount"
I checked out discountcontacts.com because I figured, umm, it would probably be cheaper than the other places I was comparing. But the prices weren’t really any better, and a couple of the lenses I looked at were actually a few dollars more.
Maybe it’s worth it if you have a coupon or some kind of promo code, but without one it didn’t feel like much of a discount site to me. I ended up ordering from somewhere else.

"Account settings could be a bit easier"
My account works fine for the most part, I guess, but managing it felt a little more annoying than I expected. Updating my info and looking back at old orders took a few extra clicks, and I wasn’t always sure where to go at first. It wasn’t a huge problem or anything, and I did eventually find what I needed, but it could definitely be smoother. The account page just feels like it could use a cleaner, simpler layout.

"Why Are These Contacts Expiring So Soon?"
I got my lenses, but the expiration date is way closer than I expected. Like, who wants to buy contacts and already feel rushed to use them? It makes me wonder if they sent me old stock. Disappointing experience overall.

I ordered from Discount Contacts the prices seemed decent. Maybe I’m being a little picky, but the payment part was more of a hassle than I expected.
I thought there would be more options, like PayPal or some kind of better pay-later choice, but it felt limited. My card also got declined the first time for no obvious reason, then somehow worked later, so I’m not sure if that was on them or my bank or what.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, and maybe I’m overthinking it, but checkout made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be. I’d probably only use them again if the price was really good or if they added better payment options.

I ordered my usual prescription from discountcontacts.com, but they sent the wrong power for one eye. The label on the box didn’t match what I entered in my order, so now I’m stuck with contacts I can’t even use.
